    How do I get an appointment?
    You first need to fill out the Southern Peigan Health Center's registration form which could be found under Patients, next you hand in your forms so we can enter your information into our database so we can schedule you an appointment.

    What if I don't have health insurance?
    Southern Peigan Health Center's main mission is to provide the highest standard of clinical care to our patience so if you don't have health insurance we can start a sliding scale fee where you make co-payments that will fit your monthly budget. we also help our patience sign up for medicaid.

    How do I sign up for health insurance?
    Southern Peigan Health Center will provide you with the medicaid application or you can apply online at apply.mt.gov.

    How long do i have to wait for a scheduled appointment?
    Our provider does 4-10, meaning he only works mon-thur.from 9am to 5pm, and in some situations when we have a cancellation or a "no-show" we usually slide in our walk-ins during those missed appointments or in most cases our walk-ins our fit in between our scheduled appointments.

    Does registration take long?
    The Southern Peigan Health Center's registration forms only take 5 minutes because we only ask for contact information, date of birth, social security number, and our consent forms that only require a signature and date.

    How do walk-ins get seen?
    If a patient is already registered with Southern Peigan Health Center all you need to do is show up and we can check you in between our scheduled appointments.

    Where is the Health Center located?
    The Southern Peigan Health Center is located within the same building as the Southern Piegan Diabetes Program, next to the Blackfeet Care Center.

    Where is the School Base located?
    The School Base is the building where the Southern Peigan School Health and Wellness program is at. The School Base is the clinic in which all school kids go to for health care.
